The ACH & check processing in our management software has taken a bit longer than anticipated. If you submitted your ACH form before January 20th, 2026, your January payment will be processed on February 1st. If you submitted your ACH form after January 20th, your January and February payments will be processed on the same day, February 15th, 2026. Going forward, all ACH payments will draft on the 15th of every month. No late fees will be applied for January.

Services include financial management, homeowner supplies for their off-market rentals, maintenance coordination, vendor management, compliance enforcement, and communication with homeowners. Plus other tailored specifics decided by the HOA Board of Directors.
Payments can be made via automatic bank draft (ACH), by mail with your coupon, in person or online through your account portal. If you want to setup an ACH draft, complete the form below and email it to accounting@ourhoaservices.com.
All late fees have been waived for January 2026.
