When will my January ACH/payment be processed?

 The ACH & check processing in our management software has taken a bit longer than anticipated. If you submitted your ACH form before January 20th, 2026, your January payment will be processed on February 1st.  If you submitted your ACH form after January 20th, your January and February payments will be processed on the same day, February 15th, 2026. Going forward, all ACH payments will draft on the 15th of every month. No late fees will be applied for January.

Is there a Homeowners Association Services portal?

Our account portal is ready! Please visit our homepage and click on "Homeowner Portal" to register. Here you can view your account information & make online payments. Thank you for your patience!

What is an HOA and what does it do?

An HOA (Homeowners Association) manages common areas, enforces community rules, and oversees maintenance and financial operations for the property and homeowners.

What services does the HOA management company provide?

Services include financial management, homeowner supplies for their off-market rentals, maintenance coordination, vendor management, compliance enforcement, and communication with homeowners. Plus other tailored specifics decided by the HOA Board of Directors.

How do I pay my HOA dues?

Payments can be made via automatic bank draft (ACH), by mail with your coupon, in person or online through your account portal. If you want to setup an ACH draft, complete the form below and email it to accounting@ourhoaservices.com.

What if my payment was late in January?

All late fees have been waived for January 2026.

How do I access community amenities (pool, gym, etc.)?

  • Owners who live in or self manage their unit: Keycards, parking permits and pool bands are issued by the HOA management office, please come by our office between 9am-4pm. (PLEASE CALL AHEAD SO WE CAN ENSURE YOUR PACKET OF SUPPLIES ARE READY)


  • Owners who participate in a managed rental program or use a rental agency: Keycards, parking permits and pool bands are issued by that agency or the manager of your property
